Our story began in 1991

Welcome to Tacos La Más Fregona, where every bite of our delicious meals takes you on a culinary journey filled with love and tradition. Our story began in 1991 when I, a proud native of Mexico, came to the United States with a heart full of dreams and a passion for cooking that has been instilled in me since childhood.

I was fortunate to spend countless hours in the kitchen with my grandmother and who was the true heart of our family, watching her transform simple ingredients into mouthwatering masterpieces.

The rich aromas of the spices, the vibrant colors of fresh vegetables, and the warmth of her cooking not only satisfied our appetites but also created unforgettable memories that I cherish to this day. It was in her kitchen that I discovered the joy of Eating… and cooking—of course- mixing spices, chopping fresh ingredients, and stirring pots filled with love. Each delightful aroma and flavor has stayed with me, inspiring me to recreate those treasured recipes that symbolize comfort and community.
